Grahame Stowe-Bateson are a leading provider of legal services in Leeds and Harrogate. We have a dynamic and accomplished team of solicitors and legal staff helping us provide law services to clients throughout West and North Yorkshire.

To continue providing this level of service, we often seek new talent to assist our team. We have a position available in an Administrative role, where the successful candidate can be part of a thriving and proficient team.

 

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of receptionist duties. These include:

·        Making and taking phone calls

·        Noting relevant contact details and conveying accurate messages

·        Managing visitors, meeting, greeting, signing them in and out

·        Photocopying and paperwork

·        Handling meetings and making appointments

·        Closely monitoring emails

·        Minute taking

·        General administrative duties

 

About Grahame Stowe Bateson:

With offices in Leeds City Centre, Bramley, Middleton and Harrogate, we handle a wide range of private and publicly funded cases. From family law, to Conveyancing and Wills and Probate.

 

Qualities that our Ideal Candidate would have:

The person chosen for this role will be well presented and enthusiastic. There must be a common-sense approach with plenty of initiative to daily tasks. Communication skills are second nature, and being confident and tolerant enough to deal with a wide range of diverse people, colleagues and clients will also be necessary.

Previous experience in an administrative role is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.

Specific skills that would also be beneficial will include:

·        ECDL

·        Outlook

·        Excel

·        Leap

·        Winscribe

 

Lastly, we would like a down to earth individual with a good sense of humour who is keen to be a part of our thriving team. 

 

Benefits and Specifications:

9 - 5 with an hour for lunch

24 days annual leave and bank holidays 

Full time 

Salary negotiable dependent upon experience 

Training will be given.
